Social Board

The OEA is facilitated by a group of volunteers from within the Association who undertake to perform such tasks as are necessary in order for regular events to take place.  Most of the activities which the OEA offers are member led.  For special events, such as the Charity Ball, more volunteers are needed.

When the OEA was set up in 2010 a set of Bylaws were created to ensure the smooth running of the association.  However, in practice we have not adhered to the process of holding elections for posts, as the group does not have such a formal character.
