Activities

OEA Activities are organised and hosted by members of the association.

Current Activities

• Monthly Happy Hours try out Ouaga hot spots, have a drink and meet other OEA members
• Social Dinner Nights try out Ouaga culinary spots and meet members
• Game/Poker Nights Play poker and other games at members’ homes.
• Crafting Group.  learn a new craft or work on your own project, Thursday Mornings. 
• Group Lap Swimming.  Share this healthy sport with a motivated group every Saturday. 
• Biking Group.  Every Sunday morning a group heads out to explore villages on the outskirts of town. 

Past/ Possible Activities

• Playgroup.    A morning for parents with children ages 0-4  to get together to play & share.
• Mooré Language Class.    Now is your chance to learn the basics of the Mooré language.
• Charity Group.  Visit orphanages, organize food drives, learn about and help local charities.
• Charity Ball Committee.  With enough member support, we aim to host another OEA Charity Ball to raise funds for local Burkina Faso charitable organizations.
• Recipe Exchange.  Make a dish, prepare the recipe and share with other OEA members! 
• Coffee Morning Group.   Enjoy a coffee and get to know other OEA members.
• Walking Group Join others walking
